Step 2: Apply glue and rhinestones to the headband
Beginning at one end of the headband, apply a small amount of glue directly on the headband.
Use a dotting tool (or a toothpick) to spread the glue into a thin layer.
Use a wax pencil, or another rhinestone picking tool, to pick up a rhinestone.
Place the rhinestone on the glue where you'd like it to sit.
Repeat, placing more rhinestones into the glue. Use different sizes of rhinestones, filling the space as best you can. There should be minimal fabric or plastic showing through the gems.
Step 3: Repeat Step 2 (continue rhinestoning!)
Add more glue to the headband and spread it out.
Place more rhinestones into the glue. Continue varying the sizes of rhinestones beside each other.
Continue until you reach the other side and the headband is completely covered in rhinestones.
Allow the glue to dry and cure for at least 24 hours before wearing. The glue will turn clear as it dries.
