This is quite possibly the EASIEST silly putty recipe ever! And you probably have all of the ingredients in your kitchen already, which is a huge bonus! After we made shaving cream play dough last week, we were curious what other liquids you can mix with corn starch to get a fun dough-like consistency. So after a little Pinterest searching, I found out that you can make dish soap silly putty, and we were all set for another fun experiment.
Another great project I can pin for me and baby girl! thank you so much!
I love stuff like that! I can totally picture myself having gun with that. I have some old shampoo that I can definitely do this project with. Stop by my weekly link-up. Would love to see more of your projects!

This looks so much fun! Will give this a try! It looks like it would feel very funny and like it has an unique consistency. ll have to buy some more cornstarch next I am going grocery shopping.
fail but they make your hands smooth and was very fun to play with thanks for the ideas :]
Add it a bit of flour to it, like a tablespoon. It helps with the stickiness
Did anyone have issues with it sticking to your hands? We got what seemed to be the right consistency, but it stuck to our hands so much that we could hardly use it as you demonstrated. 🙁
I used 1/3 cup cornstarch and 1/4 cup dish soap and added more as desired for consistency.
Yes its sticky and we didnt enjoy it coz it just stuck to your fingers.

Can saving foam use for making slime? and How to store it and for how long it will last?
I love to know about this answer from you. Also, I’m making slime with dish soap.
I did it exactly and it was sticky and weird, didn’t turn out like a putty. Do you have to use chemical dish soap? I use a natural no chemical dish soap.
Hi Laurie! If more cornstarch didn’t save it, then I bet it was the type of dish soap used. It probably does need those chemicals to bond together.
