Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange 4 pretzels into a flower shape on the tray.Place the pretzels on an angle, with the bottoms of the pretzels facing the center.
Repeat, making 2 other flowers (or whatever will fit on your tray). Then slide paper straws between the pretzels. If your straw has a bendy part, cut it off or place it at the bottom.
Melt the candy melts according to package directions. We microwaved the wafers on medium power for 45 seconds, stirred them, and returned them to the microwave for another 45 seconds on medium power.
Dip one pretzel at a time into the melts.
Flip the pretzel several times with a fork so that it's well coated.Remove the pretzel from the melts and gently shake the fork back and forth to remove the excess coating.
Once the pretzel stops dripping, return it to its spot on the tray. Use the fork to nudge it into place.
Repeat with the next 3 pretzels that make up the flower. Then use a spoon to add a bit of the melted wafers to the center of the flower, connecting the pretzels together and covering the top part of the straw.
Place 3 yellow M&M's into the center of the flower, with the "M" side down. Place 1 M&M at the top center, with the other 2 below.
Repeat, making the next 2 flowers, and then allow the pretzel flowers to chill in the fridge for 15 minutes, or at room temperature for 30 minutes.
