Ingredients
1cuppeanut butter(smooth)
1/2cupwhite sugar
1egg
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325F.
Combine the peanut butter, sugar and egg in a large bowl and mix until ingredients are well blended, and the dough is soft and smooth.
Scoop out enough dough to roll a 1 inch ball. Place the balls of dough on a parchment lined baking sheet so that they’re 2 to 3 inches apart. You should have enough dough to make 12-15 balls. (If the dough is too sticky when you're making the balls, pop it in the fridge to chill for 5-10 minutes.)
Press down on the balls of dough with a fork to make a criss-cross pattern, flattening them slightly.
Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes at 325F or until they start to brown. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
