Arrange your cookie cutters on a flat pan lined with aluminum foil.
Add some pony beads into each cookie cutter until the shape is completely full. It's okay if some of the beads are sideways, but make sure there is only one layer of beads and that there are none on top of each other.
Take your toaster oven outside (or use your barbecue). Place the pan into a cold toaster oven then bake at 450F for 8 to 12 minutes. (Mine took 10 minutes on a warm day. I also set my toaster oven to bake using both the top and bottom elements.)
Remove the pan from the toaster oven when the beads have completely melted, but before they start to bubble.
Let the pan cool on the counter for about 15 to 20 minutes until the plastic has hardened.
Gently pull the edges of the cookie cutter away from the plastic and carefully push out each shape.
Using a 1/8 inch drill bit, drill a hole through each of the ornaments.
Tie a short piece of thread onto each of the suncatchers and hang them in the window.
