Easy Baked Potato Skins
This is such a great appetizer recipe! So simple to make and they taste amazing.

large russet potatoes
chopped green onions
Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices.
Brush both sides of the potato slices with cooking oil, then place them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake the potato slices for 15 minutes. Flip them over and continue baking for another 15 minutes or until they are cooked through and slightly browned.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Then sprinkle with the bacon bits.
Return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and chopped green onions.
