Preheat the oven to 350. Line a 9 x 9 baking dish with foil or parchment.
In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar, sugar, and cookie butter. Add the eggs and vanilla extra, and mix until well combined.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until the dough comes together. Add most of the chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top of the blondies.
Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan, then sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips over the top. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted two inches from the side of the pan comes out clean.
