Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip
This warm and cheesy chicken dip is full of flavour. And with only 5 simple ingredients, it's also really easy to make!
Easy, Real Chicken, Slow Cooker
2 quart crockpot (8 cups)
cooked, shredded chicken
(such as Frank's)
Add all of the ingredients into a 2 quart crockpot. Stir as best you can to combine the ingredients slightly.
Set the crockpot to LOW heat and allow it to cook for about 3-4 hours, or until everything is completely melted and combined.
Stir the ingredients every hour.
The dip is ready when the cheddar cheese is completely melted and you can't see any more chunks of cream cheese when you stir.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers or veggies!
You can use leftover chicken, rotisserie chicken, or cooked chicken breasts. Two good sized chicken breasts makes 3 cups of cooked, shredded chicken. See my tips below for how to shred the chicken.
