Cadbury Mini Egg Cookies
These Cadbury Mini Egg Cookies are SO GOOD. They have a soft and buttery texture and the mini eggs make them taste sooooo good!

Flour

Baking soda

unsalted butter
softened
3/4
cups
Sugar
3/4
cups
Brown sugar
2
tsp
Vanilla
2
eggs
1 1/2
cups
Cadbury Mini Eggs
chopped in half
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs and continue to beat until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients and continue to beat until the dough is mixed.
Add the mini eggs to the dough and gently stir until they're mixed into the dough.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges become golden.
Notes
If you are using salted butter, only add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
