Garlic Parmesan Roasted Asparagus
With only a few ingredients you can make this easy side dish in 15 minutes!

Ingredients
1
bunch of asparagus
1/2 pound to 1 pound
1-2
Tablespoons
grated Parmesan cheese
2
cloves
minced garlic
about 1 Tbsp
1
Tablespoon
cooking oil
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash the asparagus thoroughly and break off the woody ends from the asparagus stalks.
Lay out the asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Drizzle the asparagus with cooking oil, then gently shake the pan from side to side to roll the asparagus until it's coated with oil.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, garlic, and pepper evenly on top.
Bake at 425F for about 10 to 14 minutes or until your desired level of doneness.

Notes
I like to use Avocado oil for all my cooking, but any type of cooking oil will work.
