Tropical Green Smoothie
Serves: 2 servings
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup milk (plant-based milk also works great!)
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Add additional milk as needed to reach the desired smoothie consistency.
  3. Serve immediately.
