Tissue Paper Lollipop Flowers
  • Tissue Paper
  • Green Construction Paper
  • Washi Tape
  • Scissors
  • Lollipops
  1. Begin by cutting your tissue paper into 2 rectangles that measure about 3x6 inches. It doesn't have to be exact! Stack the rectangles on top of each other and fold them accordian style.
  2. Next, trim off one end of the folded pieces by curving the edges. Unfold the paper and you will see a scallop shape. Make 2 inch cuts on either sides of each scallop.
  3. Take one scalloped piece and start wrapping it around the base of the lollipop.
  4. Secure it with washi tape and repeat with the second piece of tissue paper. This will make the flower appear fuller.
  5. Lastly, cut a leaf shape out of a piece of green construction paper and attach it to the stem. This is a great place to write the name of who the Valentine is for!
