Bocconcini Cheese Antipasto Skewers

  • Chorizo (or another type of hard sausage)
  • Stuffed green olives
  • Bocconcini cheese
  • Basil leaves
  1. Slice the chorizo into ¼" to ½" slices.
  2. Chop the bocconcini balls in half.
  3. Skewer the chorizo, mozzarella, green olive, and a basil leaf onto a toothpick.
  4. Line up neatly on a platter, and serve!
